Calendar Drive (Pick-a-Day)
Day 1 is $1, Day 30 is $30 - supporters pick the day(s) they'll cover. A dead-simple donation drive that quietly adds up to thousands.
Why it works
The calendar turns a vague 'please donate' into a concrete, gamified ask: people pick a day that means something - a jersey number, a birthday - and give that amount. It's low-effort, easy to share, and proven to raise a few thousand dollars with almost no overhead.
How to run it
- 1
Create a Donation campaign named like a calendar month ('your team March Calendar Drive').
- 2
Explain the simple idea: each day of the month equals that many dollars (Day 12 = $12).
- 3
Invite supporters to 'claim' a day or two that means something, a birthday, a jersey number, a lucky day.
- 4
Track filled days on a shared calendar graphic and post progress so people see the empty days.
- 5
Send your supporter list a scheduled email and text sequence (kickoff plus a mid-drive nudge to fill the gaps), offer a shout-out for anyone who covers a full week, then thank everyone and announce the total.
Responsibilities
Who does what, and when, so nothing slips.
- Set up the campaign, explain the day-equals-dollars idea, and make a simple calendar graphic.
- Post progress, send a mid-drive nudge for empty days, and give shout-outs for full weeks.
- Thank everyone and announce the total at the end.
- Claim a day or two that's meaningful to you (birthday, jersey number, lucky number).
- Share the calendar so others fill the open days.

Team Donation Campaign
A single shared donation page for the whole program, the simplest possible campaign, plus its game-day activation: QR signs at the gate and concessions with an announcer ask. Great as a permanent 'support the team' link.
Athlete Fundraising Blitz
Every athlete personalizes a fundraising page and adds trusted contacts by email or phone. Sports Supporters then runs the team's scheduled outreach automatically, while the organizer controls the timing and optional social sharing adds even more reach.
