Athlete Product Sale
Pick one proven product and give every athlete a tracked sales page and a clear quota. Sports Supporters runs the organizer's scheduled contact sequence while individual totals and a leaderboard keep the roster moving.
Why it works
Giving each athlete a clear number ('sell 10') turns a vague sale into a personal goal, and the leaderboard turns it into friendly competition that pushes the total up.
How to run it
- 1
Pick one product with a reliable supplier and a healthy margin. Cookie dough, popcorn, coupon books, and candles are proven sellers. Confirm pricing, minimums, and delivery timing before you launch.
- 2
Set a per-athlete quota (for example, every athlete sells 10) and a hard order deadline. A clear number turns a vague sale into a goal.
- 3
Create a Sales by Athlete campaign and add the product, price, inventory or preorder limit, and pickup instructions. Each athlete activates a tracked page so every paid order credits the right seller.
- 4
At kickoff, have athletes personalize their page and add 15-20 trusted contacts by email or phone. Sports Supporters automatically runs the scheduled messages. The suggested starting cadence is launch, week one, week two, and a final-week reminder, but the organizer can change every delay.
- 5
Track the leaderboard and celebrate the first athletes to hit their quota; a little competition moves a lot of product.
- 6
After the deadline, place one bulk order, then run a single organized pickup day at the school.
- 7
Use one pickup window, label orders by buyer, and reconcile the paid order list before anyone leaves with product.
Responsibilities
Who does what, and when, so nothing slips.

- Let Sports Supporters run the scheduled outreach; optionally share your link in person or on social media.
